Buy Cornish Hen, found at supermarkets, you have to cut up, it is small.<br />2. Buy free range chicken from local farms -- I am yet to try this one<br />3. Buy whole chicken from Middle eastern/Indian Meat stores. Ask them to remove skin and cut in pieces.<br />4.
