Anything kolhapuri is great in my book. I have a close friend from Kolhapur and she gave me some authentic kolhapuri masala a few years back, it was so good I made kolhapuri mutton and chicken! I've got to hit her up for some more to try it with fish!

Paneer kolhapuri..now that's a great idea!! I once made kolhapuri mutton for some guests and there was this one vegetarian person who wondered what the famed kolhapuri curry tasted like...if only I had thought of the obvious!!
