Rather than replicating I would rather go down to RI on the next long weekend and have this at source :) BTW I have never fried/cooked calamari at home, have you ?BongMomhttp://www.bongcookbook.comnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-35578975.post-57011908634535228652012-05-30T12:15:56.852-04:002012-05-30T12:15:56.852-04:00Love your pics, esp the first one! Mixed in with the typical fried calamaris, were similar thin-battered fried similarly sliced red (hot!!!) chilli peppers (jalapenos), so alternately you'd bite into sour-hot pieces with the Calarmaris! And the sauce was also great, red pepper with balasamic vinegar. Pl do replicate, and invite us, so we can validate!! :-)TNmhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/12470851912153259103noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-35578975.post-66622876974678107422012-05-30T11:23:26.246-04:002012-05-30T11:23:26.246-04:00I want to be here too.I want to be here too.Finlahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/12122357811540919609noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-35578975.post-19894167877474398412012-05-30T08:55:06.476-04:002012-05-30T08:55:06.476-04:00Love your photos - and of course, envy you your tr...Love your photos - and of course, envy you your trip. And I remember my colleague, a die hard seafood lover, commenting on how a trip there without eating clams, lobsters etc (like I did) was not a complete trip :)Vanihttps://www.blogger.com/profile/02990053720835647706noreply@blogger.com
