We can take the skin off easily by putting them in freezer till very hard, may be a whole night. Take out , put glouse or something like that in your hands. Pierce a pointed knife to just under the skin of tilapia , grab that edge with paper and take off, can do some portions with knife itself by just moving on through a paper. And being a Maharashtrian, it comes as quite a surprise to most. Anyway, I have been quite a fan of your blog & have tried many a recipes over the last few months. <br />And the best one so far was this one. I had huge cravings (I'm expecting my first baby) for something spicy & fishy and this did the trick.
