I found a whole lot of difference between the store bougth rubbery ones to the home made soft spongy pillows of goodness. I had made quiet a number of fish dishes from this blog and I adore the simplicity of the spices and the vegetables comin togther yet highlighting the vegeable tastes to the fullest possible. I adore regional indian food than any other food in the world!
