I saw it at Tinkerbell's Big Bang Bong and couldn't resist the temptations. How could I pass on a plate of Panipuri ? And how could I just enjoy it by myself ? Panipuri is not fun unless you stand in a circle around the Panipuri-wala with all your friends pestering him for more mirchi or less salt and then coaximg him to throw in an extra dry one with no water at the end.
So heres for all my virtual friends.
*This is not a video. So click on the arrows to go through all the slides. Check out all the slides, its funny
hahahaha that was awesome!!!!
ReplyDeleteThe best one: its so humbling... the hand that gives it is higher than the hand that recieves it!!!! LOL
Good one there. :) And I soooooooooooo miss it here. :( There is no fun in eating it all very neat and clean. Whats the taste of pani puri unless the water drips a bit on your clothes, you dirty your hands or wait in that circle around the stall waiting for your turn to come :D
lol thats funny... good find.. spicy water reboots ur digestive system... hehe

ReplyDeleteSandeepa, The slides were indeed a visual treat and did brush up all my good old fond memories. As you rightly said I used to stand in the line for those ghol gappas and request the panipuri wala to give me a full cup of pani to slurp in the end. Oh gosh!!! how much we miss all that here :-(.

Ha ha ha ha ha ha ha...............unbeatable,Sandeepa...true,source of life for all of us.I really miss the panipuri at the chat stands. When I was doing my intermediate,me and my friends(6 of us)would have panipuri at the chat wallah near our college gate.I think it has been almost 10 yrs now that I have eaten panipuri at the chatwallas.these days, with all our international hopping,we just tend to buy the puris and make the other stuff myself.
