    First time at your blog. You have a very nice blog here. I had visited a Bengali couple for dinner once and I must say that was the day I started liking and really eating fish. DO look forward to all the fish recipes. Happy republic day!!!

    BTW, I prepare curd at home and u can make buttermilk with mixing water. sometimes for culture I buy curd from Indian store, it tastes home made.
