Lail We get good potol for a few days in summer. But we have to be on the look out, often it is the old dry ones that are sold

What is usual alu-parwal ? Sukhi sabzi with jeera tadka ? I love the dalna. A bit of ghee makes it so much better tooThe Doi Potol recipes was sent by my Mother, I am yet to try it
The dalna is one of my favourites!! With ghee and gorom bhaat of course! :)These days I have been making the lau bodi and dudh lau with the chow chow squash Sandeepa. And it tastes even better than it does with lau! :)
I have never tried the chow-chow squash !!! The name puts a smile on my face everytime :)
