While it is only mildly warm in my part of the world, I know it is raging summer in most parts of India. So I thought of sharing a few dishes perfect for summer from my blog with you.
I know i should make some of your dishes , went to a bong family for dinner and i just hoggeedddddddd so much food there it was so delicious, they had this poppy seed curry too but don't know it was with the same vegg.
What is usual alu-parwal ? Sukhi sabzi with jeera tadka ? I love the dalna. A bit of ghee makes it so much better too The Doi Potol recipes was sent by my Mother, I am yet to try it
The dalna is one of my favourites!! With ghee and gorom bhaat of course! :) These days I have been making the lau bodi and dudh lau with the chow chow squash Sandeepa. And it tastes even better than it does with lau! :)
